Born in Taiwan, and Colorado-based contemporary artist, Chan-Yu Kuo displays a strong interest for the arts and painting at a very young age. After graduating with a Master degree in Marketing, he redirects his career to arts. He has since been devoting himself to the creation of original and captivating art work.

Chan-Yu Kuo’s paintings explore the relationship between Asian ink and wash and abstraction in order to meld cross-cultural probing and stylistic innovation with a meditative figural base.
